We make ordering your printer and copier supplies simple and efficient. From toner cartridges and waste toner bottles, to staples and maintenance kits. We have supplies to fit your particular Ricoh brand office equipment. Below are some guidelines on the supplies ordering process.
How do I pay for my supplies?
Most printer and copier supplies are covered under a service contract. If you aren't sure if your supplies are included, you can call the contracts administrator at 518-869-8116 EXT 401 or our supplies coordinator at 518-869-8116 EXT 541. Please be sure to have the equipment ID number, located on the service sticker on the front of your machine.
When will I received my supplies?
Orders for supplies placed before 3:00PM on weekdays will be sent by UPS the same day.
Can I pick up my supplies in person?
Emergency, same-day pick-up is available during regular business hours as long as the order is called in ahead of time, before 3:00pm. Supplies ordered ahead will be available for pickup at the front desk.
Supply pickup location: 4 Fritz Blvd., Albany, NY. Our supply department and main entrance is located on the rear side of the building.
