In accordance with the Patient Benefit Reporting Act (PBRA) and related IRS guidance, Repeat Business Systems is providing employees with the option to request Form 1095-C rather than automatically furnishing each form.
Form 1095-C contains important information about the health coverage offered to you by the company.
