Covid-19 Response Plan
Per New York Governor Kathy Hochul's February 9th lifting of the statewide Covid-19 mask mandate for businesses, Repeat Business Systems is no longer requiring masks for office staff and visitors who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, and have provided proof of vaccination. Staff and visitors who are unvaccinated will still be required to wear masks as well as technicians in the field who are unvaccinated or where customers are requiring them. Repeat Business Systems is also continuing temperature checks via a thermal kiosk at the main door as well as continuing more frequent cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
Repeat Business Systems currently has Covid-19 preventative measures in place for staff and visitors. Please note that all staff and visitors are required to wear masks in our offices and on customer worksites. Temperature checks are still required for anyone passing through the building via a thermal kiosk at the main door. Staff who feel ill are required to stay at home and we ask the same of visitors. Visitors are required to fill out a visitor form before passing through the building.
Repeat Business Systems has been closely monitoring New York State governmental Covid-19 news updates and guidelines, OSHA guidelines, and CDC recommendations for safely reopening for business. Based on the information collected, we have developed both a business reopening plan, as well as a site visit reporting system for assistance with collecting information for contact tracing. Both programs are currently in place and operational.
